We always strive to dispatch all orders promptly.
We recommend customers to wait until the final day indicated in their estimate during checkout has elapsed before reaching out to us. If the duration exceeds this timeframe, please reach out, and we will make an effort to track the package.
In the event of a lost package, we can coordinate sending a replacement, subject to stock availability, or provide a complete refund, based on your preference.

Refunds, returns & exchanges

Can I exchange a product for another style or size?

Our return policy spans a duration of 30 days, allowing you to exchange an item for an alternative style or size, provided it's available and holds the same price upon receipt of your return. Kindly include a note in your return package specifying the desired exchange.

I have received the wrong item and would like to return it for the one I ordered?

I have received a faulty item; how do I exchange?

We sincerely apologize if you've received a defective item. While we make every effort to inspect the products before dispatch, striving to send them out in impeccable condition, occasional manufacturing or other defects may arise, of which we were unaware.
Kindly initiate the return of the item(s) by following the guidelines outlined on the Returns page. Once we receive the item and confirm the fault, we will promptly dispatch a replacement or issue a complete refund, based on your preference.

Can I return an item for a refund if it is not suitable?

We acknowledge that there might be occasions when you desire to return a product; whether it doesn't fit, is unsuitable, or isn't the expected shade. Our 30-day refund policy guarantees that if, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return the item for either a refund or an exchange. The item I returned has been lost in the post?

Apologies to learn that the item went missing during transit to us. If you reach out to us with a tracking number, we can investigate and locate it for you.

We suggest all customers retain their proof of postage receipt until the item reaches us and the return process is completed successfully. This precaution ensures that, in the event of a lost item, we can utilize the proof of postage to recover it and still offer you a refund or exchange, even if the item hasn't been physically received by us.

I have not yet received a refund for an item I returned?

Refunds are issued exclusively through the initial payment method. All reimbursements are processed within 2 business days upon receipt.

For "Credit/Debit Card Refunds," it may take 5-10 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account.

For "PayPal Refunds," the refund is typically instantaneous and should be visible on the original transaction page. If you've received an email confirmation but cannot observe the refund details on your PayPal payment account within 2 working days, please reach out to us, and we will look into this matter for you.

How can I amend/cancel my order?
